What it is

Milestones are the big stages of a project (planned vs actual dates, weight, critical flag). Tasks are the work inside them, with assignee, priority, dates and status. Completing weighted tasks moves the project's progress and the planned-vs-actual chart. The Tasks page shows all tasks across projects.
