Speak to fill (voice forms) ✨

The forms you fill most can be spoken instead of typed. In a Daily Progress Report or Site Report, tap “🎤 Speak it instead” (or “Speak a site update”) and describe the day: Metrak AI fills in workers per trade with their counts, equipment with hours, materials delivered with quantity and unit, the weather, work done, issues, safety and non-working days. In Task, RFI, NCR and Expense forms, the “🎤 Speak to fill” bar fills the title, description, priority, dates (it understands “next Thursday”), the assignee from your team, the project, the amount and the category. If Metrak AI is unavailable, reports are filled by simple on-device rules instead, and the other forms ask you to type it in.
