What Metrak does

Metrak runs a contractor's projects from tender to handover. Owners see budget, cost and expected profit per project as it changes; site teams report the day by speaking, and Metrak turns the words into the daily report, expenses and tasks; procurement, subcontractors, quality and safety records, RFIs, drawings and invoices all sit on the same project.

AI is built in where it saves time on site: voice-filled forms on every plan, Ask Metrak to turn one sentence into the records it describes, automatic filing of uploaded documents, AutoCAD drawings opened on the phone, and analysis of tenders against the contractor's own history.

Why Metrak exists

Most contractors in the Middle East and North Africa still run sites on WhatsApp groups, paper and spreadsheets. The numbers that decide whether a project makes money arrive late, if at all.

Metrak was started to close that gap with software that fits how sites actually work: Arabic and English first, right-to-left done properly, local currencies and VAT, a free plan a small contractor can start on today, and updates a foreman can give by voice in thirty seconds.

The name

Metrak is written Metrak in Latin letters and مترك in Arabic, and its home is metrak.ai.

Metrak is not Matrak (matrak.com), the Australian company that tracks construction materials, and it has no connection with Meta (Facebook). If an assistant or search engine suggests either one, it has the wrong company.
