Metrak ("Metrak", "we", "us") is a construction-contractor operating system operated from our offices in Amman, Jordan and Fréjus, France. This policy applies to metrak.ai and the Metrak web and mobile applications (together, the "Service").

Account information: name, email address, phone number, company details, and password (stored hashed, never in plain text) when you or your company create an account.

Project data: any information you or your team enter into the Service - projects, budgets, bills of quantities, site reports, documents, and messages - to provide the Service to your company.

Usage data: log data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and reliable.

Contact form submissions: name, email address, and message content when you contact us via our website or support channels.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including account authentication, project management features, and AI-assisted tools (e.g. AI site reports, AI-suggested suppliers).

To communicate with you about your account, respond to support requests, and send service-related notices.

To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery, AI processing) under contractual confidentiality obligations; other members of your company account, according to the permissions your company administrator assigns; and authorities where required by law.

We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g. billing records).
