What it is
One tab for time control. Delay events record what delayed the work, when, its cause and who carries the risk. If your contract has a notice period, Metrak works out the notice deadline from it - it never assumes one. Extension of time (EOT) claims cite delay events; only approved or partly approved days move the revised completion date, which is recalculated on every decision. The notices register keeps letters sent and received with their deadlines, and baselines freeze a copy of today’s programme so you can measure slippage later.
Why you'll love it
- Recording a delay never moves your completion date - only an approved EOT does.
- Overdue notices show in the bell before a claim is lost to a missed deadline.
- Baselines show which tasks slipped and by how many days.
