What it is

The Lookahead is built from your tasks, milestones and blockers, in weeks counted from today. It shows what should have finished already, what is due each week and whether it is ready, the BOQ quantity still left, and the blockers to clear first. A blocker records what is holding work up (information, design, material, permit, client decision…), who must act, the owner, the date it is needed by and the tasks or BOQ lines it affects. Productivity shows output per labour hour from measured quantities, with a four-week trend.
