What it is
The foreman takes attendance per project each day - by crew, with times in and out, overtime and hours put against tasks and BOQ lines. An approved sheet fills the daily progress report’s workforce rows and the BOQ labour hours by itself. Direct workers’ hours become labour cost in the project forecast; agency and subcontractor workers are headcount, checked against the supplier’s invoice. Pay periods are built from approved attendance with allowances, deductions and advance recovery, then exported for payroll.
Why you'll love it
- “Copy last” fills today’s sheet from the last one - mark who is absent and you are done.
- The daily report’s workforce and BOQ labour hours come from attendance - nobody types them twice.
- Labour cost per BOQ line shows real productivity against the estimate.
- Agency invoices are checked against the hours you actually approved.

Pro tips
- A day can only be paid once: approved pay periods lock their attendance - corrections go into the next period.
- The bell reminds you of sheets to approve, missing attendance and worker documents about to expire.
