What it is
The register holds your owned and hired machines with their documents and a QR label. Putting a machine on a project records its hire terms; each day a short log says worked, idle and breakdown hours, meter readings, fuel and operator, with hours against BOQ lines and tasks. Approved logs fill the daily report’s equipment rows. Hire accrues by its terms as a commitment until the supplier invoices it - and the invoice is checked against the logs. Owned plant costs its internal rate per worked hour. Service plans and maintenance records warn you before a service is due.
Why you'll love it
- Hired machines standing idle are flagged with what the week cost you.
- Hire invoices are checked against the days the logs support.
- Off-hire on time: overdue off-hire dates and missing logs show in the bell.
- Service due and fuel running above the norm are spotted before they turn into breakdowns.

Pro tips
- A meter reading lower than the last one, or an operator without attendance that day, is flagged - never blocked.
