What it is
A register of the bonds, guarantees and insurance policies on a project - performance bonds, advance payment and retention guarantees, contractor’s all risk, third-party liability and more - whether given by you or received from subcontractors. Record the bank or insurer, beneficiary, amount, issue and expiry dates, and how many days before expiry you want to be warned. Nothing is released or called automatically: you record what actually happened.
